The Real Estate and Delivery Division is responsible for the Design, Development and Build of all of Expo City infrastructure including Real Estate and Construction delivery for the Expo City. Working closely as an integrated team with the Project Management Consultants.
Opportunity Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Manager supports the Sales Director in implementing the Expo City Dubai sales strategy. The role will oversee all aspects of the sale of Expo City Dubai real estate, including identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing guidance to other members of the team responsible for closing sales contracts.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in developing the Expo City Dubai sales strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis, used to inform overall sales strategy
Operational Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with a network of contacts both local and international
- Meet regularly with network of contacts to discuss their needs in order to identify new opportunities for sales
Identify opportunities in the market to increase sales through new marketing approaches - Manage a portfolio of assignments and be able to prioritise work requirements
- Consistent review of internal processes and other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review as needed
- Review market conditions and identify trends that impact the Expo City Dubai sales strategy
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, navigating investors through the opportunities available to them at Expo City Dubai
- Arrange meetings and presentations to promote Expo City Dubai
- Respond to sales enquiries
- Working closely with marketing, create and deliver marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales revenues for Expo City Dubai
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are interested in
Skills
8+ years experience in real estate sales and marketing, of which a minimum of 2 years must be within MENA as well as:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, MBA, Architecture, Construction Management, Management, Economics or a related field
- A strong understanding of property valuation principles and property markets
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
- Vision & Drive to succeed
- Ability to critically think and problem-solve
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
