Portfolio Management Office team consists of various functions with unique responsibilities and requires a wide-range of administrative support and coordination to ensure efficient document control and timely action.
Opportunity Responsibilities
This position will work with the Manager – Data & Insights in collating feedback from Customers of Expo City Dubai and its subsidiaries and designing easy to read reporting templates to communicate analyzed insights from collated data to enhance decision making to enable achievement of goals and objectives set for Expo City Dubai and its subsidiaries
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Operational Responsibilities
- Define and create survey plans at ECDA level and ensure implementation across ECDA and its subsidiaries including Expo City Dubai, Expo Dubai Group and other entities that may be established under the Authority,
- Develop survey questions and questionnaires based on client specifications to capture feedback from visitors/ guests, tenants/ customers etc.
- Managing surveys throughout the process from design to analysis to reporting results
- Engage with third party data survey service providers who could assist in the overall implementation and execution of the surveys taking into consideration global best practices
In coordination with other departments, ensure access to the latest up-to-date events calendar that would help in planning and preparing for the surveys to be conducted. - Close coordination and interaction with all business lines across ECDA to understand requirements and provide support as required.
- Create and manage the project timeline and tracker, and project deliveries for all Data & Insights projects (analytics use cases, reporting, research activities, etc.) and operational tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of use cases, reports and research activities
- Manage and engage with department liaisons for collection of data and to extract department updates, while exploring data modelling opportunities with specific departments.
- Preparing reports on survey findings by compiling data in a readable format for presentation to senior management to enable decision making
Reporting:
- Design and finalize the reporting templates with stakeholders
Enhance reports, time to time based on stakeholder feedback & consumption - Advise additional data to be procured for enhanced insight generation
- Produce executive reports on a predetermined frequency including ad-hoc reports as necessary.
- Provide real-time reporting capability that will provide insights and guide dynamic decisions to enhance visitor numbers, guest experience, revenues, etc.
Skills
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar role as well as:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
