Portfolio Management Office team consists of various functions with unique responsibilities and requires a wide-range of administrative support and coordination to ensure efficient document control and timely action.

الوصف الوظيفي

Responsible to assist the Senior Manager – Marketing, Comms & Content in day to day activities relating to Marketing and Comms in line with the Firdaus Orchestra and Firdaus Studio objectives;

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assist Line Manager in developing a comprehensive Marketing and Comms strategy across multiple platforms, including the official website and social media channels
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, staying abreast of new technology, and finding creative ways to promote the Firdaus Studio and Firdaus Orchestra
  • Track social media following and reach, reviewing monthly reports from social media agency and provide recommendations to Line Manager for any improvement actions
  • Contribute to the programming calendar and highlight key opportunities for both digital and live performances from a marketing and comms perspective
  • Maintain tracker for progress, ad schedules, and recommend adjust plans when necessary to stay within annual budget
  • Submit frequent reports to Line Manager as required to ensure tracking of planned outcomes
  • Enable content capturing for orchestra and studio at all events and translating the same to marketable assets with the support from Senior Associate - Content
  • Monitor the Firdaus Orchestra and Firdaus Studio online activities, such as the website and all social media
  • Proofreading and editing submissions according to brand guidelines
  • Maintain email list on CRM database for Firdaus Orchestra and Firdaus Studio to be used for communication to patrons through e-mail blasts. Monitor response to email campaigns and submit reports
  • Provide initial PR briefs to Line Manager for news releases in a timely manner for newsworthy material and ensure implementation as per schedule
  • Develop and maintain schedule for events such as Guest Artist bytes, media interviews, meet and greets etc.
  • Maintain a current news release distribution list
  • Arrange end-to-end logistics for appearances of the Orchestra management team, musicians guest artists, Studio Management for any media events
  • Facilitation of press conferences as needed
  • Maintain guest list and distribute invites for VIP/VVIPs as well as media attendees for every event and ensuring minimum breakage
  • Establish and maintain positive contacts with Expo stakeholders (marketing, communications, broadcasting etc) to ensure smooth management of requirements

المهارات

1-3 years’ experience in marketing, branding or content writing as well as: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create and sustain key networks for the business
  • Skilled in creating powerful, compelling written and oral communications
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to work effectively and flexibly within a diverse team environment
  • Able to manage and build strong relationships and create opportunities
  • Transparency, integrity and honesty
